Career Opportunity – Manager Supply Chain

Location: Head Office, Lahore

A reputed and progressive Petrochemical Industry with its Head Office in Lahore is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and result-driven professional for the position of Manager Supply Chain. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, imports, and logistics management.

Position: Manager Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the custodian of local and international procurement, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality compliance.
• Manage import operations, including supplier coordination, documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee logistics and distribution, ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
• Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with local and international vendors, negotiating contracts and pricing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory frameworks, and audit requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement efficient inventory control systems.
• Coordinate with production, finance, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Lead digitalization initiatives in supply chain processes (ERP, automation, reporting dashboards).
• Identify risks in the supply chain and implement mitigation strategies.

Job Specification:

• Strong knowledge of procurement, imports, and logistics management.
• Sound understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent negotiation, vendor management, and contract management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain software.
• Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and cross-functional coordination.
• High level of integrity and compliance orientation.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• Professional certifications Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in supply chain management.
• At least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in petrochemical, manufacturing, or industrial sector.

Age Limit:

• Preferably 40–45 years.
